So hey there! I'm from holland and altough i gathered alot of info about LD, I would like to hear more and more ( and more and more and more, geez im a possible addict ^^ ).
First of all, i know there are supplements who make you recall your dreams. I for one ordered Galantamind + Vitamin b6. great combo i've heard. Now if im feeling lucid in my dream, i kinda freak out. and i wake up, dripped in sweat. Can this be helped? If that answer is yes, does any of you have any tips?
