hi, im new to this lucid dream training.
i already had a couple of lucid dreams (like 1 or 2) and other dreams, dunno if they are important, which i think its real then i wake up and think "oh that wasn't real"

im starting my dream journal. today was my first record.


what im doing on my "training" atm is:

1- keeping a dream journal.

2- practicing awareness and RCs on daytime: really believing i am in a dream and do RCs to secure i am not.

3- repeating a mantras all day long which is "next time i am dreaming ill look at my hands and realize i am dreaming"

4- MILD before getting to sleep. repeating my mantras or imagining i am in a lucid dream.

atm my routine is quite lite and not time consuming.
not doing the waking up in the middle of the night things cause i dont really want to interrupt my sleep much to write down dreams and stuff.

any suggestions of improvements?

ok now the questions:

a) i daydream alot and create my own realities. I do this all in 3rd person, like i see myself on the daydream. Should i try change this and do stuff being myself (1st person)? specially before going to sleep to try induce a LD.

b) any sleeping position recommended? i usually sleep face down hugging the pillow.

well atm those are my questions but as days pass ill add some more.
