I started around 9 months ago, and fell out of the habit of keeping a dream journal due to no results. However I started practicing some constant awareness and dream yoga, and my dream recall has been increasing greatly. While I haven't experienced a fully lucid dream yet (at least that I can remember), I plan to keep trying until I can get it right. |

Stay on track now! Having good recall can also be alot of fun, so try to cherish your normal dreams and write anything you can down. Some MILD during the night and DILD during the day perhaps? That's what I did, with WBTB. |

I have been doing MILD for a few days now at night and sometimes during meditation, but I found Sivason's dream yoga class very helpful, and am probably going to sign up for it. Just reading about the various types of awareness meditation have already made me more aware; I still need to get better at it though. I have not tried WBTB yet however, I'll most likely try that on the weekend when I have more free time. |
