      Time.

      Hello there,
My name is Antonis and i am from Greece
Started lucid dreaming about 4 years ago and for 2 years i was l.dreaming every night.
But i stopped around 2 years ago, because of the vibrations.
I was thinking of going OB because i was curious about this experience, but in the end i stopped trying because every night i had these vibrations :p . (and when i stopped going into obe then lucid dreams stopped as well)
So here i am now 2 years later trying to get to that stage again.

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

Glad you found us! Are you gonna try to LD or OBE? If you need help with induction technique, just let us know. If you more interested in OBE, check out the Beyond dreaming or Deep dreaming forums, which are dedicated to other than lucid dreaming phenomena.

Just curious, why did you stop because of the vibrations? Those could be a gateway to OBE and you may also get them just before a lucid dream.

Looking forward to your posts. Happy dreams

      Welcome to DreamViews, Antonis!

The vibrations can be a normal stage for WILD (for me and for many others). If you're interested in joining a class on WILD, check out our DreamViews Academy: WILD (Sageous). There are other classes in DVA as well, if you want to just poke around and see.

I have no doubt you'll get to that stage again, especially since you were able to achieve lucidity every night there for a while, wow!

Well thank you both of you for your replies.

The basic reason why i stopped this is fear :/
I mean, when the vibrations would start then i would get into sleep paralysis ( and then i would watch black things around etc )
But after reading a couple of topics in the forum i just thought ( what the h*ll )

      and as Jim Morrison said
Expose yourself to your deepest fear; after that, fear has no power, and the fear of freedom shrinks and vanishes. You are free.
      ...

Happy dreams to both of ya

      Well said!

I don't get sleep paralysis often at all, but I have had alot of scary hallucinations and stuff associated with those vibrations in the past. It wasn't until I started reading about WILDs on this forum that I realized the vibrations were normal upon entering a lucid dream. And while not everyone consciously experiences these phenomena before a lucid dream, they are certainly nothing to be frightened of. In fact, the vibrations I get before a WILD are so weird and interesting, I kinda look forward to them

Anyway, happy dreams right back at ya! I look forward to reading about them
