Well said!
I don't get sleep paralysis often at all, but I have had alot of scary hallucinations and stuff associated with those vibrations in the past. It wasn't until I started reading about WILDs on this forum that I realized the vibrations were normal upon entering a lucid dream. And while not everyone consciously experiences these phenomena before a lucid dream, they are certainly nothing to be frightened of. In fact, the vibrations I get before a WILD are so weird and interesting, I kinda look forward to them
Anyway, happy dreams right back at ya! I look forward to reading about them
