Thread: Hey guys! Crazy person inside here.

Oh wow, that's a pretty bad history you got there... Sorry to hear. But you seem like a really nice and interesting person, and I like interesting people! So welcome to the forums ^~^. Lucid dreaming is fun, I've only had 3 myself, only one was a very good one. However, once you get the hang of it, you can use it to help face lifetime traumas, fears, or anxieties (are fears and anxieties the same thing? I don't know...) or just to screw around. I hope everything works out for you, and again, welcome to the forums!

I mean no offense, but your waking life is crazier than some of my dreams. I'm glad to see that you're happy now. People here are accustomed to dealing with zany, irrational dream situations, so I'm sure everyone will welcome with open arms even someone as outlandish as a blue-haired transwoman.

Anyway, welcome to the forum. I just joined yesterday, but my interest in lucid dreams is much less heroic than yours. Though I do have a passion for surreal art, the prospect of unrestricted, taboo-breaking dream sex appeals to me most. I bet we could assist each other along the journey toward lucidity (in a purely platonic way )

Gab , another Dream Guide runs a class that is very valuable to beginners on MILD/DILD, which is by far the best method to start with. DILD (Hukif and gab)

I hope to save you some time by giving you a link to a thread we all put together on the topic Sleep Paralysis. There has been so much misinformation and confusion on this topic, that after a few days on the sight, you would surely run into confusing statements refering to SP.
