      Cool Hello, it's a me!

      Hi everyone, my name is John, and I am new to this forum but not to lucid dreaming. I have been having lucid dreams since I was 6, but with very low frequency. Since I learned about lucid dreaming a couple of months ago, I have two lucid dreams a week, although I have only WILDed twice and never used MILD. I am really curious about lucid dreaming and always want to learn more and improve my frequency, so I came here.
