Yes I do both. (but I notice people here were asking what the dream might mean) I actually use lucid dreams to interpet my dreams. I normally try to get myself to go into lucid state by asking (This u might find funny) the dream Gods for help. I do this every time I go to bed. I also have a ring in my dreams if bad things go wrong in a dream. I twist it and everything gets better.
