      Hey.

      I just joined. So I can act out my wildest dreams, in my dreams(like errbody else here). I also need to learn the where the guides section is on attaining lucidity. i hope to have a good time here!

      You can click the Wiki at the top and that will lead you to some Tutorials

      If you go to the forum there are forums for lucidity induction with tutorials for techniques, etc. I would suggest checking out the Dream Views Academy there is all kinds of awesome information in there.

      hey astromoot, welcome.

      You can try my method of attaining lucid, I just practice visual awareness all day and when I go to sleep, I just stay aware of the back of my eyelid till I fall asleep.

      Hey man I suggest picking a basic technique like DILD MILD WILD DEILD first and sticking to it for at least a month before trying anything else. Good luck to you.
