      Misha here. My sister showed me this website and has told me a lot about lucid dreaming. I find the thought interesting. So, here I am. Any pointers for a beginner?

      That should get you started on the right path. Yeah, it seems like a lot of info but reading it will really give you a good idea of what's going on around here and make certain you understand nearly everything we talk about.

      I see you already got pointed to using a Dream Journal and doing Reality Checks. If you need help with either of them you can find tutorials in the WIKI linked at the top of every forum page.

      If you need help or have a question you can post it on the forum or ask a staffmember for assistance. We're the ones with stars under our names and the green-starred Dream Guides are specifically tasked with helping you with all dream-related questions. Keep an eye open, they have great knowledge and advice!

      My advise is to dream journal ... writing down all of your dreams, not just lucid ones. And also, before you fall asleep, be very clear about what you want to do in your dreams. Know your reality checks and dreams signs and learn to grab things in your lucid dreams to keep from losing them (until your ready).

      Other than that ... have fun!!!!
