      Hello :)

Hello. I'm new here. I have read about Lucid Dreaming countless times, and I even tried a few times, but I have never tried for more than two nights, which is nothing, so I haven't had an experience yet. This time I'm feeling much more motivated. I've been reading the tutorials about the different techniques, dream control and stabilization, reality checks and All Day Awareness here on DV and I have already started my Dream Journal. I went to bed last night determined to remember my dream and this morning I wrote about it on my DJ. I can recall five different scenarios that don't have a connection, but I'm excited because I can remember a lot, even some small details.

The few times I tried to LD I used WILD, but not correctly, because I did it when I went to sleep at night. From what I read I see that's not the correct way. This time, I'm thinking of starting with DILD, since it seems the right one for me, and probably do it with MILD too, altough I find WILD much more interesting since you experience the whole process of falling asleep. I'll probably try WILD after DILD/MILD.

Since I'm a begginner, I welcome any kind of advice.

Welcome to dream views. If you ever stop remembering dreams, be sure to try All Day Awareness (ADA). One of the mistakes i made is i would jump between techniques very frequently. Never do that. you'll get no where. I wish you luck.

      Welcome to Dreamviews!
My advice. Hmm. Don't get demotivated if you haven't gotten lucid in a while. Keep dream journaling and reality checking.

      Where are you from?

Just stopping by to say hello and welcome Lucid dreaming is incredible experience, once you achieve fully lucid, controlled and stabilized dream it is just.... wow. You can visit the Giza's pyramids, visit the moon or literally do anything. Stay lucid.

Welcome! Exciting to see more portuguese people here

You seem to be in the right track already by informing you through all those tutorials, we have loads of members that share quite some insight regarding lucid dreaming, and trust me, the bigger pearls are found in small threads scattered around the forum, when a member or two decide to dig deeper into their experiences or debate a certain aspect of these phenomenon.

All that commitment will sure help you shortening your time for achieving your first lucid dream. As always, feel free to post away regarding any doubts, we'll be rooting for your story of your first adventure ^^

Thank you zoth00. Yes, we're not many around here.

I'll keep exploring. I've already read very interesting stuff around here.

I hope so. I wish I had more spare time to practice. When I have my first LD I'll share it with everyone.
