      Hello Everyone

      Hey everyone i have been attempting to lucid dream for the last six to eight months,never decided to take it seriously until the last couple of days,so i decided that should make an account here so i could write down my dreams in the dream journal and maybe get some help here as well. So thanks and any help will be appreciated.

      Yes, dream journal will help you not only get better dream recall, but learn about any sleeping and dreaming patterns you may have. It really is one of the best tools for a lucid dreamer.

      You remind me of myself ! Like i know about LD for months and i just give it a shot and then i quite, and when i decided to focus on it ! i had my First LD in 2 weeks , Just with little dedication and motivation and hopefully you will have your first LD soon too !
