Anyhow, welcome to the community - if you're interested in lucidity you'll fit in just fine. If you need any help, there's plenty of guys around - I've done a lot of research into induction techniques, and of course being a beginner in terms of lucidity knowledge once upon a time, I can understand where you're currently grounded at and I've got some useful advice I could pass over to you in hopes of getting you on the path to achieving that first lucid dream.

It's not required reading but it is a rather comprehensive list of...well...everything. Don't worry, there's no test. It's just a way to put a little about everything in one place.

As for the green check that shows you're subscribed to this thread...there are two options for notifications.

- Through e-mail = you will receive an e-mail every time someone replies to a thread you post in.

- Through your Control Panel = when you click the "What's New" button at the top of the page and select "Subscribed Threads" you will be taken to a list of all the threads you are subscribed to. It's way easier than flooding your e-mail inbox with replies.


You can change these settings by using the red link at the top right corner of the page that says Control Panel.
