Heyyo!

I have heard a lot of people on here say not to do a lot of things I do. I drink pop and watch TV right before bed almost every night (I sound like a college kid) and have no trouble sleeping. BUT! Everyone is different. You need to find the things that effect you. Try turning everything that might be keeping you up at night off and then bringing in one at a time to find the culprit. That way going off all this stuff isn't permanent, but temporary for most.
