Welcome Darkswerk!
Regarding your sleep problem, there's a few things to take into account if you're trying to solve it:
- No tv/computer 1hour before bed. If possible, keep the lights as dim as possible. Try going for a shower/reading/calm music/meditation, they are good options to do in order to speed melatonin production.
- Keep a regular sleep schedule: go to bed and get up at same time every day, even if that means you get less sleep than intended. Consistent sleeping makes wonders.
- Don't stay in bed if you can't fall asleep, that will mostly stress you out. Try getting up, stretching, doing something calm and when you're sleepy you can return to bed.
- And don't listen to lucid dreaming music when you're in bed. I know many people think this is good, but what you really want to do is create a powerful association between bed and sleep. Only use your bed for sleep.
Hope these help
