      Hey guys I'm new to this I've been trying to lucid dream for 15 days I've kept a journal for 15 days as well I remeber at least one dream every night is this good for a beginner? I've went lucid two times any tips btw names john

      This is great for a beginner. Congratulations John! Now try to increase your recall to consistently remember more than one dream per night. Also if you need to work on stabilization/clarity, awareness, and/or control do you know about the site's tutorials that help with improving these?
