In addition to that, I was persuaded by the movie Inception to carry around a small bronze coin I have, about the size of a half dollar, that has no face on either side and is red on one side and blue on the other. If I looked at it in a dream, and saw that the colors were what they usually are, I would look away, and then look back a few seconds later to see if the colors changed. If they did, I knew I was dreaming! This worked on 2 different occasions. The results amazed me, and after only a few days I had my first Lucid dream.
Your the first person I read that actually did it. You know, practically everyone at DV (I guess) knows about the movie Inception, but we actually don't see that many people trying out with a totem, go figure out why xD
