Welcome to DV, Neizi! Have you tried All Day Awareness (ADA) yet? Also basically any awareness or memory enhancing activities are great to do during the day. My favorite right now is the technique from Stephen LaBerge's MILD chapter, where he recommends watching out for four things throught the day, and the list of four changes each weekday, so today is Sunday and I am watching out for animals, flowers, my reflection in the mirror and truning on light. I am alas not always good at it, but I do feel this technique improves my awareness, and improved awareness is of course key to becoming lucid. Looking forward to getting to know you better! Joanna |
