Sup, am new to this Forum.

I've been LDing on and off for several years now and wanted to share some of my experiences.
First off, I don't actively use any of the "mainstream" Lucid dreaming techniques, I just play Videogames and hang around the Internet(which is surprisingly effective).

If you've been wondering what this reversed Sleep paralysis is that I am talking about, let me explain:

A normal dream ends and I "wake" up seeing the ceiling of my bedroom.
I can move my limbs, but notice that I am half-dreaming when I lift my Arm but can't see it(Same goes for head movement, although the "dream" isn't just a still image, sometimes the shadow of moving leaves shining thru my Windows is visible).
The most extreme example of this occured when I was 5 years old and "woke" up, with my limb movement and even hearing fully functional, but a normal non-lucid dream(some car driving along a canyon)was still filling my vision. I crawled around my bed for 30 seconds WTFing and then opened my eyes.
These usually last 20-30 seconds and then fade away. They occur maybe 2-3 times a year.
Does anyone here know WTF this is?
