      Former Lucid Dreamer (Childhood) and HEAVY problems to learn it again.

      Hello Dear Dreamviews community.

      First, I'm not a natural speaker so my grammar might be bad, I hope you forgive.

      Okay.~

      So,
      I was a lucid dreamer in my childhood and lost this ability. It worked sometimes in my youth again but I had heavy concentration problems. Whenever I ONLY tried to change something in the dream... I got instantly awake. So I just could really really carefull "be me", trying to enjoy the lucid dream and hope to not wake up. To be honestly, that was a nightmare everytime because I couldn't be free, one wrong "step" and I awoke with open eyes in my bed. Horrible ;_;

      The last lucid dream I had... I can remember was a ... wonderful one. *sarcasm*
      I laid on the ground and couldn't move one finger. I heard voices, I got conscious about the fact, I'm dreaming and wanted to stay up. Because I knew this place, I wanted to be there (Fandom ... things) but no. Just no. I was forced on the ground and couldn't move one (dream) muscle. So I heard the voices calling for me and I really tried my best ... I cursed my fucked up brain and sub-conscious and tried with pure will. It didn't work ^^ Then I awoke and I probably stayed in the bed for at least an hour, thinking about the failed Lucid Dream.

      So, however, this was ... one ~ two years ago(?)

      The thing why I want to learn lucid dreaming again and 100% properly for instant WILD use is because my psychiatrist recommended it to me. I have ADD (...logically ^^) so the lucid dreaming in my childhood was a haven to get out of reality. I don't want to talk much about ADD, only if you have a question. Basically, yeah I want that too ... lucid dreaming "as a hobby" or something not only because I honestly miss it ... I need to clear my brain off this stupid 24/7 all day overstimulation which is really hard to handle sometimes.

      Can you imagine ... I sat two hours on a ... "park bench" in the middle of nowhere, around me only sea and I waited and I waited and I waited and nothing. Had to move my body because it got everytime too "uncomfortable". That's my last 3, 5 WILD attempts. I just have really no idea how I can get from the "daydreaming" over to the lucid dream. That's my huge problem I have to work on and the reason why I registered myself in this forum.

      Long text... ~
      Well, basically, "hello." =D
