      Hey there!

Hello, I'm a somewhat new member to DVs and I've found the site useful and interesting so far.

I've been into lucid dreaming for two or three years now but never really got into it as much as I'd hope. So I'm trying again, making sure it sticks this time so I can have as many LDs as I can!

If you have any suggestions or advice on good Dream Recall or RC, please, I'm open to accepting a looot of help

      Hello and welcome to DV!

I suggest you take a look at those two threads:

      Dream Recall Compendium

      Reality Checks

Really good information on how to work on dream recall and reality checks, IMO!

I also think you might want to start a workbook, so that you can share your experiences and what you're working on... it helps to keep everything organised and focused, and it's also good because others can give you tips and advices! So check out the Intro Class forum!
