      A Fine How-Do-You-Do from Guam

Hello, fine people of Dream Views!

I'm a 17-year-old living on Guam (For now) and have recently become highly interested in the ways of Lucid Dreaming. I've been visiting the site for the past few days, reading up on all the varied techniques used to lucid dream.

I've become interested by the mere thought that our minds can create these worlds all on its own. I've had awareness in dreams before, but never been able to control a dream. Notmally I don't dream; I'll usually have terrible dream recall, or even 'clairvoyant sights' (I'll see a snippit of some scene that ends up happening in waking life). Lucid dreaming has me excited to sleep at night.

Anyways, I hope to have an enjoyable stay, and also post dream journal entries as I dive into the massive universes the mind owns (Hopefully others will read them).

      Welcome to Dreamviews, stormtrooper.

It's nice that you have already had awareness in dreams. Control doesn't always come with that though.

I would recommend to start with DILD. If you like, you can join one of our DV Academy classes. Link to it and other cool places are here Welcome

Check it all out and give us a holler if we can help with anything. Happy dreams

      Actually, it's a clone trooper.

I read your DILD techniques a while ago, and are going to give it a shot tonight (And maybe try for an FILD if given the chance).

      Thanks for the links!

Hi and welcome, DreamScapegoat! If you have any questions about dream control improvement, one good place is this subforum: Dream Control. I also have had a few dreams come true - was so weird for me because I did not really believe it could happen until it happened to me, anyway we call that precognitive dreaming, and a good place to discuss that is this subforum: Beyond Dreaming. I look forward to interacting with you on the forum!
You may say I'm a dreamer.
