Thread: Herro!

Hi everybody,

I just joined Dream Views because... let's face it... I want to lucid dream! Pretty original concept, huh? The funny thing is that I just recently rekindled my desire to LD after a ~1-year hiatus and looked into dream recall / DILD technique tutorials on Dream Views. I started a DJ one day after reading everything and on my FIRST day, I actually realized I was in a dream while I was dreaming. This RARELY happens and I honestly can't remember the last time it did. So, good sign!

Looking forward to getting to know everyone here. Dream on!

Wow, good job on getting a lucid on first day. See, everybody? It IS possible! It takes a bit of excitement, motivation from reading about LDing, and believing, that you can. Because, yes, indeed YOU CAN! Happy dreams, and please post, if we can help with anything.

Hi gab, thank you for the warm welcome! Just as a disclaimer, I've only had that one LD in maybe the past 7 days' worth. But, it was awesome! It may be easy to lose a bit of the initial excitement after a while, but being a part of this forum is definitely motivational... one of the main ingredients of the whole formula!

Everytime you RC, just recall that excitement from when you realized you are lucid. It will help you in getting your next one.

And I agree 100%. Reading DV is one of the best motivators and inspirators there is. Even if you don't think you remember what you read, when time comes, you will realize that you remember almost everything and it will help you when it's most needed.Happy dreams
