      Not New.. Just kind of back.

      Hi again. Hopefully there are still some old people around.

      After falling into depression again and relapsing again and again and again and finally recovering (a laughable attempt at a recovery at that) I have decided to try to get back into lucid dreaming. It seems a lot of this "emotional trauma" and stress has led me to not remember most of my dreams. And the dreams that I do remember are, of course, nightmares. Last nights was an episode of me having schizophrenia and I remember it down to the last detail. Still. I thought about starting a dream journal but god. That's just one more thing I need to keep track of between going to college full time and working 3 jobs. Thankfully I'm on winter break huh?

      I don't even know what I'm getting at.

      Indeed, stress is not our friend. Bad for recall and dreams. But hopefully you will be able to break the cycle by having an LD and feeling better about it. Use your break to reflect, meditate, relax and dream some nice dreams.
