This Oldie is again a Newbie!

Hello all! I'm strinky, and I used to hang around these forums waaaaaay back in 2007. Almost seven years ago now, which makes me feel hella old.

2007 was my Golden Age of lucid dreaming, and in that year I went from being your normal average dreamer to having a lucid dream at least every other day. I had a ton of fun with it, but then I went to college. My sleep hours got weird and I started focusing on things other than checking my reality during the day.

But still, my interest in dreams and the creative power of the subconscious never quite left. I've continued to have spontaneous lucid dreams every few weeks, and now that I'm out of college and settling down, I want to start my lucid efforts anew.

I'm an aspiring fiction author and I intend to use the dream world to enrich my writing. And of course, to enrich my life in general.

I look forward to getting to know many of you, and to embarking on this journey together.

      Ooohhhh, wow, welcome back, strinky!

Another veteran found his way back home. The power of dreaming is awesome. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.

So nice to see you back, and glad to hear that your life will allow you now to have more time to devote to lucid dreaming. Look around on the forum, some things you will find the same, some new. We have added a section for Dreamviews recommended tutorials, which are basic, unaltered guides that aspiring lucid dreamers should start with. They are also great to read, if someone is returning. Induction Methods and Techniques

We're going to be best friends :-).

I think that it's pretty awesome that you are a fiction writer.
I have a friend that wants to do that, and actually already started *cough* Senak *cough*.

May all your dreams be lucid :-)
