      Why hello there.....



      I'm a 28 year old research student in Australia and I've been having a lot of dreams recently as it is a stressful period (trying to finish my degree very soon, but with difficult supervisors). I have an app on my phone where I usually self-interpret my dreams. However, some dreams are just beyond self-interpretation and that is why I've signed up here

      Are you also interested in lucid dreaming? Of course, stress is not a good thing for achieving lucidity, but maybe the goal of achieving lucidity could give you an additional motivation for reducing stress? Of course, I say that though I have a lot of stress in my life right now as well. However, stress is really unhealthy. I hope both of us reduce it soon.

      JoannaB, I would be interested in lucid dreaming, though I never really seriously undertook any real initiative in the past. Perhaps I'll have a look around these forums later on - any suggestions on where to start?
