      So umm Hello.

Hey guys my names maker and despite coming on to dream views, and practising the given techniques.I sadly have never had a full fledged lucid dream.I hope to have my first lucid in about a months time which i think is pretty reasonable as long as i put in the effort. So hopefully I can help some of you on your journeys and,I know alot of you have already helped me on mine.Im just gonna call this day one from now on and, give this skill all I have in me.Maybe i'll even make a few friends on the way so basically my first post is me telling you,im here to stay..

Hi, Maker! Welcome to DV! That's a very nice positive attitude you have, I love it!

I'm not sure how much you've read here, so here's something that may or may not be helpful... An Overview of all Lucid Induction Methods With this, you can make a somewhat educated decision on which technique you'd like to try first.

If you need anything, just say the word! I hope to see you around!

Ohhh, that sounds like me in the beginning! How have you been trying? I first started with WILD, which just wasn't the right technique for me (I wish it were... maybe I need to try again!), so now I'm focused on DILD.

And I totally get the lazy thing... I try to write on my workbook and on my dream journal as often as possible, but sometimes I just can't be bothered...

Well lately I just got back into it yesterday I had six pages worth of dreams written, and today i had only had one which made me a little disappointed in myself. But last year everything I tried mostly involved WILD,and now i've been focusing on dream recall, and my own personal(or at least i think)sporadic awareness reality checks.lol

Dream recall, awareness and reality checks are the basic foundation for DILD, in my opinion. However, I have a hard time remembering that I have to reality checks, so I use an app that reminds me to do it. It's worked pretty well for me, so I'd recommend that.

Also, I just have to say it... your avatar is HILARIOUS!

Hey. Dreaming is hella fun. If after month you don't have a lucid, don't be discouraged. Keep at it! It's well worth it.
