hello i'm new to this thread names anthony. let me get to my story for some reason ive been having bad sleeping habits and well something happened to my dream that well freaked me out i was arguing to my wife about something dont remember what and well when i was arguing with her i was looking out the window saw something in the distance and then like it was shockwave but it was so nosy like a brrrr noise my vision was blurry and shaky scared me so much that i woke up(to let you know i seemed like i was in a different house and in a living room)but could it be i had a sleep paralysis? (had my fair share of sleep paralysis 4 times to be exact if this is one it would be 5) if anyone could help would appreciate your time well later
