      Post Intro to the Community

      Hello all! I have found lots of information and also conformation on these forums, finally my lucidity is kicking in and I decided it was time to join up! I've recently started practicing ADA and it is one of the best techniques I feel I've tried yet. It's just easier to think of, I find myself just sitting around being bored of what I'm doing lots because I've had a pretty regular routine due to school.. anyhow in those times I just look around and become aware of everything around me for however long is convient at the time. Anyway things are really starting to take hold and I'm really excited to see where it goes!

      Hi epiloguer and welcome! Yes, ADA is a very pleasurable technique, I find it very relaxing and it brings so much diversity into our routinized lives.
