Hey NafDaddy, welcome to DreamViews! I love that song ^o^

Congratulations on your first lucid dream!

I love seeing new members that are so enthusiastic and excited, it's great to have you on board

Visualizations and meditation can help with that, and like AstralMango said, mantras are also good for that. Another thing that can help you with that is dream incubation, as you're going to bed think about what you want to dream about. Picture yourself doing all the things you'd like to do in the dream, walk through everything you do like you're watching a movie.

Combining dream incubation with a WBTB (Wake Back To Bed) can really increase the chance of it working, this is good for lucid dreaming too. Here's a dream incubation tutorial: http://www.dreamviews.com/general-dr...-tutorial.html

I'm not very well versed in supplements but there are a lot of members on here that are, check out the lucid aids section of the forum for info about supplements: Lucid Aids

You could use a mantra and dream incubation for flying dreams, repeat something like "I fly in my dreams". Here's a neat video that might help with incubating a flying dream: http://www.dreamviews.com/dream-cont...ml#post2089647

Let me know if you need any help, I'll see you around!
