      What's up dreamers excited to join this forum. I've known about lucid dreaming for couple of years now and the idea really intrigued me but after couple failed attempts I thought it was to hard . Recently I reconnected with an old friend of mine and he gave me a bottle of galantamine/ choline .. So now I'm gonna take this to the next level I don't smoke ciggaretts or weed anymore and hardly drink alcohol.. It's Friday right now to ready my brain for Monday night I will be dieting blueberry/ blackberry s/ black currants/ tuna rich in omega 3s / b6 / melatonin / nuts/ hot tea / cheese / star fruit/ and pomegranate juice all known nootropic foods witch help you brain with memory and raw materials for neurotransmitters etc. on Monday I plan to go to the gym as usuall then come home eat blueberrys/ tuna/ cheese/ chamomile tea/ plus take 5-10 mg of melatonin with 100 mg of b-6 and drink neuro sleep which has melatonin / 5 htp / L- thiamine then wake up 5 hours later and 8mg of galantamine- choline 200 pill by life enhancements ..... SO am I doing this the right way and am I missing something should I take anything else with the galantamine pill when I wake up...... Will post results

      That's quite the list of ingredients you've got there! As far as I can tell you seem to have the doses and timing down pretty well, but I just wanted to make sure you are clear on one thing:

      Is it safe to assume that you know that, though supplements may be a helpful aid to your LD'ing process, they will by no means give you consistent LD's all by themselves, right? And you know that you must be mentally prepared in order to LD, drugs or no?

      If so, well, then good luck with the supps!

      If not, then I highly recommend that you browse the Attaining Lucidity and DV Academy forums, and perhaps the Lucid Dreaming Fundamentals thread, just to help you get your head in the proper place for LD'ing. There is a lot of helpful information -- and plenty of helpful DV members -- available to assist you in getting your head in the right place for LD'ing.

      Again, if you're already set with the mental prep, just ignore that last paragraph... but if you are unfamiliar with the mental prep part of the process, be assured that it is vastly more important to successful LD'ing than the supps.

      Yea I had lucid dreamed before and caused havoc and destruction it was awesome and I'm not afraid on sleep paralysis and stuff like that .... And I read that amino acid help so I'll add that to my sup list ... Question do I take galantamine and go back to bed or try to stay awake for 30-60 min like my buddy said

      I suggest you take the gallantamine right before you lie back down, because it does have a tendency to keep you awake...and be patient with it: sometimes its effect takes a couple hours to fully occur. Also, there are lots of threads about g-mine on DV; you might want to do a search on them.       Thanks brother appreciate the feed back... Which threads are the most popular right now and today will be my first time trying the whole supplement shake so wish me luck
