What's up dreamers excited to join this forum. I've known about lucid dreaming for couple of years now and the idea really intrigued me but after couple failed attempts I thought it was to hard . Recently I reconnected with an old friend of mine and he gave me a bottle of galantamine/ choline .. So now I'm gonna take this to the next level I don't smoke ciggaretts or weed anymore and hardly drink alcohol.. It's Friday right now to ready my brain for Monday night I will be dieting blueberry/ blackberry s/ black currants/ tuna rich in omega 3s / b6 / melatonin / nuts/ hot tea / cheese / star fruit/ and pomegranate juice all known nootropic foods witch help you brain with memory and raw materials for neurotransmitters etc. on Monday I plan to go to the gym as usuall then come home eat blueberrys/ tuna/ cheese/ chamomile tea/ plus take 5-10 mg of melatonin with 100 mg of b-6 and drink neuro sleep which has melatonin / 5 htp / L- thiamine then wake up 5 hours later and 8mg of galantamine- choline 200 pill by life enhancements ..... SO am I doing this the right way and am I missing something should I take anything else with the galantamine pill when I wake up...... Will post results |
