Hows it going like the name says I'm pretty knew to the whole lucid dreaming thing. my interest has grown over the past few months having some weird sensations while I'm sleeping (or i feel like I'm awake). I stumbled into a lucid dream about three months ago tho i was only in control for what seemed like two seconds i had to do some research on the subject you your typical google search stuff. So i found that a lot of sites had the same methods of having lucid dreams, so i tried them. About a month and a half ago i found my self in another lucid dream the first since my original and i did a reality check and check my watch and the times that appeared would appear in the real world so i knew i was in control and then i felt like i woke up as soon as i realized i had control. As i lay in bed i closed my eyes to fall asleep and i feel my body shake this scared the hell out of me. i still try to have lucid dreams but can't stay in control and when i try i still feel my body shake sometimes with flashes of light. does anyone else have this issue? and any recommendations to stay dreaming? |
