      Learning the ropes, love the podcasts

      Hello all,

      Been practicing for three months now. Really enjoying living two lives. Who knows what will happen tonight? Probably practice MILD the most, though looking for a gentler, more intuitive method, if possible. New practitioner of shamatha. New experiencer of false awakenings . Looking forward to getting to know everyone.
