Hey guys! I'm very glad to have found this site as I recently learned about the existence of lucid dreaming about a month ago. I was skimming through my local e-library for books to rent when I stumbled across the "Field Guide to Lucid Dreams". Apparently that book was a Kickstarter project with LOTS of support, and I would suspect much of that support came from members of this site. Anyway, I devoured that book in a couple days and found that I wanted to learn more and more. |

Ha! I didn't even know that was the scientific name for a bee. I wasn't really great at biology in high school... |

The Field Guide is a great book. But if you can get Stephen LaBerge's book "Exploring the world of lucid dreaming", you've found the "Bible" of Lucid Dreaming. It is THE book to have. |
