My Name is John... Don Juan

      Wuddup,

24-year-old male. I recently quit my job. I saved up some cash so I am now living by myself in an apartment.

I spent the larger part of last year in India and Nepal on meditation retreats; 4am-10pm. I am no foreigner to the realms of spirituality but I am a foreigner to the realms of my dreams. That is what I am focusing on changing from here until at least Christmas. I have nothing to do, no work to attend to, and not too much of a social life either. Call me a recluse, a loose cannon if you will.

I came across Lucid Dreaming around the age of 19 but have never made it past the "I'm Dreaming, where the bitchez at? stage." I've been lucid probably 10 or so times and 3 of those times have been through genuine WILD's.

I am joing this forum for support. I'm not one for "softness" or crying on eachothers shoulders but I am sick with myself for the fact that I haven't mastered Lucidity. How can one say they have experienced the fullness of life without knowing what potentiality lies in dreams? I'd go as far to say that if you're not a master of the dream world, you're probably a heretic. I am guilty. Obviously a large part of success comes from keeping lucidity on one's mind consistently and I feel that joining a community is one way to accomplish that.

So I look to be held accountable and hold others accountable at the same time. Ultimately this is life and death we're talking about here. Imagine lying on your death bed and still not having tapped in to the world of lucidty. Enough talk, I hope to learn and be humbled by those who have genuinely walked the path and help others as I progress down my path.

      Please, let's be friends

How do I go about making my way around DreamViews?
