Really good that you are into lucid dreaming again and here you will get lots of reasons to stay inspired and ' know that lucid dreaming is possible
My main advise for remembering to RC in the beginning is to get a buzzer on your phone or a plain old buzzy thing to put in your pocket. And have it going off a couple of times an hour some days and less other days ( mix it up so it doesn't get stressful or autopilot like reality checking ) but not during the night.
