      New Dream Yogi

      Hello Friends!

My name is Alejandro. Some call me Alej. I used to be on the forums years ago. This year I'm undergoing my yoga teacher training. Part of it is teaching a workshop. I'll be leading on called Lucid Dream Yoga in July. I've been attempting to attain lucidity on and off for nearly 10 years. Not until this year have I really begun to dedicate more time and effort into it. I've had a few successful lucid dreams and have definitely made more progress than I ever have. However, I still have some trouble, and i remembered the great support a community like Dream Views provided many years ago.

On of my biggest interests is in the Dream Yoga field which i see shivason has lessons for.

I'm very excited to learn and share with all of you and I hope this initiative revvs up some progress for me!

      Peace.

I should add is that one of my biggest problems is being overwhelmed with things to try instead of limiting myself to 1 per week or month and sticking with it. I'd also like to have a sort of routine developed. I'll be in search mode the next few days.

      Welcome to the forum!

If you're looking for support for lucid dreaming, DreamViews is definitely the place to come. I saw you posted in the Dream Yoga intro thread, but be sure to start a workbook as well so you can track your progress. And don't forget to check out some of the other tutorials we have for inducing and controlling lucid dreams.

Let us know if you have any questions, and feel free to stop by the IRC chat as well.
