Yep, DreamViews is very much alive, it's actually one of the leading sites for dream and lucid dreaming discussion and resources! Things right now are slower than usual, it's a repeating pattern around this time of year every year, likely due to something like school exams, graduation, etc.

That must be interesting to have been lucid dreaming for so long and in a way just find out about. Oh and yes dream journals are public, but there's also a private option if you ever want to use it.
