      Please allow me to introduce myself

      My name is Steve.
      I've been practicing lucid dreaming as part of a spiritual path in the Bön tradition for about 2 years and recently began working on sleep yoga after a retreat with Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. I have had lucidity in dream spontaneously since early childhood but very sporadic. I have always loved flying in dream above all. For now I intend to focus on the sleep of clear light practicw while the teachings are fresh. These practices are magnificent!
      We are truly blessed to have them in our lives.
