Hello everyone at DreamViews.com :-),
I believe I first heard of this website while reading Robert Waggoner’s "Lucid Dreaming - Gateway To The Inner Self" and searched through a few topics on here.
I'm 19 years old, live in Germany and you can call me Tommy! My three major interests are physics, the buddhist philosophy and lucid dreaming :-)! I finished school this year and am about to start studying physics.
I've had my first lucid dream in December last year after trying a simple technique that I got from the internet. But I only really started practicing LD about three months later, after I read my first book "Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen LaBerge on that topic. Since then I have read about a dozen books mostly on lucid dreaming but also astral projection and dream yoga and became lucidly aware in my dreams about 30 times.
I still struggle a lot to not wake up (they mostly last less than a minute). I've only had a hand full of LDs in which I stayed in for 3-5 minutes and those weren't my recent ones. I am currently reading Robert Waggoner’s new book "Lucid Dreaming Plain and Simple" and have high hopes by following his suggestions described in the MEME technique to help me stay better inside the LD.
I also have a big interest in dream yoga and will be taking sivason's course. I feel like he is a very experienced lucid dreamer and will be able to shine some light on this difficult topic.
I hope everyone has a fantastic day and dreams well tonight!
Greetings from Germany
Tommy
