Good to Meet You All

Yo! I'm a fourteen year old male who remembers few of my dreams, but those I do remember are incredibly vivid. Like, I can go into exceptional detail with some of them. I once had what I thought was a lucid experience; I consciously recognized that I was in a dream, though it was still confusing, and the dream is not one I remember well. Regardless, I hope to be part of this community and perhaps learn to make better use of my nights than watching Youtube videos! ^_^

There is much to learn here (and some fun to be had, of course), so I hope you are able to make the best of the place and find out quickly that LD's beat Youtube every time!

Having good recall is a great first step to get into lucid dreaming. Start writing those dreams down to put them to good use. Give wbtb a try and you could probably double your recall even more! There are lots of good tutorials on here for induction techniques to go from there.
