      Hi,

      Well I'm Jelena and I've been very curious about dreams and this seems like the perfect start. I've had a lot of nightmares, especially involving zombies and quite a few flying dreams. I'm still a little confused on what would be lucid dreaming or astral projection and hopefully I can figure that out on here. I've had sleep paralysis and have felt/seen and heard things near me. It is completely horrifying and has led me to astral projecting without my control, it literally felt like my body was floating out of myself or being dragged sideways. These things usually happen when I'm sleeping alone, especially if I wake up for a little while and go back to bed or take naps.

      Anyways, I figured I'd share some of my experiences and learn to gain more control of my dreams/astral projection. :]

      For information on your AP vs LD ruminations I would suggest typing in 'Tom Campbell at The Monroe Institute' on you tube, his other videos are also very good.

      You can use lucid dreaming to chance those nightmare flying dreams into some of the greatest experiences you can have. Flying lucid dreams are just amazing.
