Yea, I'm not a new member, but I haven't visited this website in years so I definitely feel like one! I'm glad to see the forums are still around and going strong! I remember having wonderful lucid dreams before and during my high school years. After that, long nights and short sleep cycles pushed dreaming to the wayside for a few years...

Now that I'm getting more sleep, I'm able to have and remember more dreams than I used to! I can't wait to get back into lucid dreaming! I've already had a couple of what are technically lucid dreams, but asserting control like I used to be able to is still out of my reach at the moment.

Now that is quite a coincidence.
Not been here myself for quite a while.
My dream experiences have changed from to something a lot more interesting than just lucidity.
Came back to get / give a little guidance.
      Nice one Buddy

I have to see if others are having similar experiences first.
Came back here to do a little research.
I often dream of people doing everyday standard tasks.
Then I tell them what I dreamed, and they think I have been spying on them.
Need to learn how to attain some control over the observing, as it is often from the persons point of view.
Through their eyes, so to speak.
It's a little un-nerving to say the least.
Will pick a short dream, and start a thread soon.

^^ Interesting stuff; it reminds me, in an indirect sort of way, of my experience of seemingly finding myself in other people's dreams. I started a thread about it long, long, ago; if you're curious, it's here.

      I'll watch for your threads!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I got plenty of sleep last night and even became lucid for a little while, but my recall is still pretty bad so I don't remember too many details. From what I remember I simply got absorbed into the dream story and slowly forgot I was lucid. I didn't want to exert any control since that was typically how my last LDs ended before I quit having them (Years ago).

I'm sure I'll be posting more in the coming weeks; Once I get back into the hang of it all, I'll start working towards figuring out techniques that work for me so I can share, and hopefully help others who are starting out!
