It sounds like you have it under control. Fixing your sleep pattern and dream journaling is a way to go. For now, even if you don't remember a dream, post in your dream journal anyway. Any small detail that you can remember, even if it's just a color or a feeling. Think about your dreams and remembering them often and pretty soon you will start to remember them. A mantra as you falling asleep "I remember my dreams when I wake up" can help you do that as well. Good luck and keep us posted!
Thank you gab. I've heard about this before; that it doesn't matter how much detail I remember from a dream or even if I don't remember anything at all, I should just write "No recall" or something. But I didn't really take it seriously, thank you for the reminder and encouragement! I will try to post from now on any detail I remember from a dream and I will see how to goes ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ.

And thank you for the reply, I've been waiting for feedback for a few days now...Stay awesome.

That would be ok. But, it's better to have positive thinking. Set an intent. If your mind hears you say "no recall" , it will think, ok, no recall then. But if you write "my recall is good and getting better every day", then your mind will believe that and will help you remember your dreams. It's about what we think and what we believe.
