      Welcome to the forum!!

Lucid dreaming is not a very easy thing to have. It usually takes a lot of practice depending on how it works for you. I would not worry about sleep paralysis.
If you have experienced SP every night you are probably best to see a neurologist. We do not hold any credentials or licenses in the psychological or medical fields (neurology) and our opinions should not be considered as from a professional source. Therefore, this site does not serve as a replacement for mental or psychological counseling.
We do have however some information that may help with some of the stuff. (IMO)

Also, you could try to post a thread in the Beyond Dreaming Section about protecting oneself in the astral or anything else.
