      novice dreamer

Hi, I am a 44 year old female living in Manchester, England and keen to meet others, increase my knowledge and share my experiences and skills. I usually lucid dream on a daily basis at least once a day so have no complaints on that front and have done so since a child. Until I hit my teens I could see dreams while I was awake and my eyes were open, but hey adults always lose the best of facilities! I have recently set up a dream healing/interpretation group in Manchester and intend to take a workshop round to some free thinking festies during the summer.

I had a great dream last night where I was a little perturbed as I seemed to be preparing to play football. I also "felt" physically heftier than normal. So upon lucidity I sought a mirror and checked myself to my surprise not only did I look nothing like me (normal in mirrors in dreams) but I was much heavier. And quite disturbed that I had to play football so started looking for a way out of that dream. Upon waking I have been giggling over being quite happy with the way i "really" look.

I have the feeling that we don't have to help you...

You have to help us become better lucid dreamers

Hey Jackus, welcome to Dream Views.

Always nice to have another experienced LDer around here. I'm sure you'll be a valuable asset to the Dream Interpretation area that we have here, also. This place is a dreamer's Eden, if you ask me, so I'm guessing we won't have to convince you to stay around, after too long.

If you have any questions while you're here, don't hesitate to ask.

      Hi Jackus,

I met you briefly at the Shamania festival in one of your workshops.
I was very tired at the time but wanted to ask your opinion on a dream I once had that I've never fully understood. I won't reel it off right now but if you are willing to listen I'll let you know about it, ok?

      Cheers Dave.

PS It was the second one on the Saturday afternoon and I was sat next to the lady with the strong Cumbrian accent. The book is good and the poetry. Thanks.
