Thank you all so much! Unfortuneately I get nowhere near enough sleep during the weekdays which I hear helps with the recalling the dreams. That may be why I always used to think that I never dreamt, I simply exhausted out every part of my body. I dunno. Thank you though!
it is your health (physically & mentally ) that a full nights rest is required mostly for. Dreaming, secondary.
