      Problem With Lucids

      ive had a few lucid dreams, but i have a problem. my dreams arent very real, its not like im actually there. ive had lucid dreams and known they were dreams, but i cant do anything because the dream is such a mess. any help?

      You mean like 3th person view or are they just really like a supernintendo game?(j/k but you know what i mean )

      Ive heard shouting " clarity " works, but for that you wil have to be lucid ofcourse
      Another thing is to be verry aware of your surroundings take notice of the textures of your hand for example, then again this must be verry tirering in real life

      Where your dreams always messy or is this new?
