Hey, Scar welcome to dremaviews, you need motivation, but in what, well I guess motivation is a key to just about everything nowadays, I spent years trying to uncover the best ways to motivate myself, so far I've found one good way.
I know it sounds cheasy but this works, just focus on the good, go to someplace quite and reflect on everything you would get out of being motivated, then often it helps to be aware of the bad to since not being aware of it may cause stress, take for example my goal.

Lucid Dreaing:
the bad
.Get up in the middle of the night to practice
.takes alot of work
.may have to write down dreams, pain in the neck at 4am
.may lose some sleep after waking up to do WBTB or WILD.
the good
.I get to furfill any fantasy
.once mastered, it will become routine
.never have any desire unfurfilled
(it goes on and on)

for me the good out weigh the bad, and everytime I think of the good, I feel energy pulsing through me
