      Welcome to Dream Views!

Have you created a dream journal? Alongside constant reality checks, this is crucial to lucid dreaming. Be sure you have good recall (at least one dream per night). It may take a few weeks before your first lucid, but have patience! Once you do have a lucid, more will come more easily. Good luck!

You should definetely write them down. It'll help you a lot in remembering future dreams, too. What's the use of becoming lucid if you don't remember it (or don't remember it well)? So yeah, go get a notebook or something, and use it as a journal. It's really effective.

That happened to me, too (having a dream that I wrote my dream in my dream journal). I cussed under my breath, remembered a single fragment, and then some of the dream came back. I was sooo lucky.

The key is to be patient, keep a log of your dreams to increase dream recall, and just keep trying with out getting frusterated.

      Good luck
